Just wanted to post a note to the board thanking Tom at EAS for all his help over the last 6 months with my IPOD/DICE/SIRIUS/BLUETOOTH upgrade on my 02 X5 4.4

We have had every single problem in the book and we've finally worked through everything tonight after many, many phone calls and emails.

If you're looking for parts or product and you aren't sure who to buy from, I recommend Tom, I'm in the customer service business and he understands how it's supposed to be.

Hat's off to Tom:thumbup: I have not had the pleasure to be an EAS customer yet but I noticed many times Tom's willingness to help the members of this site whether they are his customers or not.
Generally speaking I have been impressed by the quality of help we get from our vendors on this audio forum.
