Do you use a Mac ?

Hi,Does anyone use the Mac operating system, and is able to see the online WDS, I get the split screen and the navigation tree details and text but no diagrams,I also get a message saying ( IE compatable only, has content of MIME "image/svg+xml" because you don't have a plug-in installed for this MIME type, this content can't be displayed ) I can't find any plug-ins that will run on Mac suitable to view the diagrams, any idea's??.

Thanks...

Just came across your query and as I am using a Mac, I tried the online WDS. I didn't have any problem and I'm using Safari. I can't say for sure what the necessary plug-in is, but I have Flip4Mac, Adobe Flash, Macromedia Shockwave (now Adobe), and the Schubert PDF Browser plug-in. I think that's the list. But I would also make sure you are up to date with all the Java updates that Apple has provided. Good Luck.

I should have asked: what version OS are you running, i.e., 10.4.10? Are you using Safari or IE or Firefox?

You don't say so explicitly, but do you also have Shockwave?

Frankly I'm not confident that any of these save the Schubert pdf plug-in would be relevant to the right hand side of the WDS page containing the diagrams.....OTOH, the mime type says "image" so maybe up-to-date Quicktime is key, and just to be sure, the latest version of Windows Media Player.....

you should install an svg viewer or a plugin for your browser.
adobe offer one for free but it is quite old. See:
