Disappointed

Sorry 'bout that. Admin may make the necessary corrections. Wasn't thinking straight. Sometimes posting in the forums does catch attention better than other means of communicating with the parties involved. Same way I caught Douglas Baker and Wagners.

Do you seriously expect to get a response from a specific company by a) posting it on a generic forum, b) giving it a useless title like "disappointed", and c) not telling them your name?

Forum name: X5world > BSW's Mobile Electronics Forum

UM, did you read the name of the forum you're in? Not to mention that the company is a sponsor that frequents the site??

Yes, I did. I also noticed that this is xoutpost.com, not BSW.com AND i noticed that 99% of the posts have nothing to do with BSW directly, but are just general questions.

Did it occur to you that "disappointed" could just as easily be a reaction to his stock stereo and request for help in upgrading it?

If he/she needed immediate help then the correct course of action is to call BSW directly AND to use a meaningful title.

Sponsor followed forum, ie they will see it. If the person chooses to contact the provider directly they can do that too. (which I'm sure they did)

You're probably right. I think BSW only sponsors a forum on about 10 different boards, so they probably have a staff monitoring it for issues.
