Dice putting ipod into shuffle and repeat...

Hey, just installed my new DICE silverline, everything works fine and sounds great! But... there's a problem. Whenever I get in my car my ipod is automatically put into repeat mode and shuffle, I can change the settings and they will stay until the ipod goes to sleeep (guessing..). This is not really a problem just a little annoying that everytime i get in the car i have to change the settings on the ipod. It only does this when connected to the dice unit. let me knoww, thanks!

Which vehicle is this? I am assuming X5? Couple X3 owners are on here too though.

There are a couple of reports of this. Can I get the iPod Generation/firmware version as well as the numbers from the bottom of the DICE module?

Its a 2004 X5 4.4 with all the goodies. The iPod is a 5th Gen? (white video ipod, not a classic.) newest firmware. I don't have the number from the bottom of the dice module its in my car and I dont really wanna take out my seat again, but I'll get it if I really need too. I bought it a week ago via phone and its a silverline I think? thanks!

That would be a SILVERLINE, if purchased from us - I can look up your firmware version from your order history. Sounds like you have a 5th Generation iPod w/ video.

If purchased elsewhere - we'll still need those numbers.

If you are using iPod UI, text display is not available. If switching back to DICE mode, you should be in the DISC6/TRACK6 setting.
