Do some X5 models come without 6 CD changer?
 

I noticed that my X5 3.0 2002 has only a CD player with single CD capability in the front above the climate control. I looked in the back for the changer but there is none. Whas the changer an option on the vehicle or did my previous owner modify it? :dunno: Thanks guys.

It was an option :). You can always add a changer, it's prewired to all x5's. There are a couple articles if you do a search. GL
