I'm just trying to figure out since there are two woofers, is one of them for right channel bass and the other one is for left channel bass? I'm connecting the factory wires to the high level inputs of my JL mono amp and trying to see if I need to connect both woofer wires?

This is referring to the factory enclosure has 2 small midbass drivers that make up the DSP subwoofer system?

Well, I went ahead and connected one set of wires from each oem sub connector to my Jl e1400D amps high inputs. (S1 -brown, +yellow. S2 -blue/brown, +blue/red) Bass is kinda boomy but I'll try to tune it by ear.

I know that. I just thought since there is two of them, one might be for L channel bass and the one for R channel bass.
