made a big short in my x5
 

i made a custom sub and i was installing my amp and so i un pluged the negative terminal on my battery and after the install my alarm didn't work m my trunk doesn't close all the way the motor doesn't pull the trunk lid in and my fule door doesn't close the button in the cabin to unlock the doors doesn't work ..i have checked all my fuses and they all good any one know how i can fix this with out a big $$ bill $$ thank you have a nice day

Double check your battery's negative connection. It is possible that you have not made a good connection. When I take my negative cable off my trunk won't close either. I have to press the button on my remote to release it and then it closes properly. I don't have the other issues you mention though.
