Thanks guys!

not without changing your tuner.

if you upgrade your tuner, your new tuner will have aux inputs....

In addition to acquiring a radio module from a 2003 or newer, you would also need a conversion harness that adapts your round pin connections to the newer style flat pin connections found on the newer generation radio modules. See http://www.bimmerboard.com/forums/posts/52117 for info on the conversion harness.

I did this on my 2001 X5 and have AUX input capabilities.

Thaxs 4 all the prompt responses man!!
The site is under maintenance so I can't check it yet and sice you've done already, how difficult is it for a DIY, how much money. My dilemma is if I should go with iaudio X5 (Y i wanna an AUX input) or go with an Ipod and get an icelink.
Sorry 4 all the questions :)

Figure on about $100 +/- for the adaptor harnesses, and around $300 to $400 for a 2003 radio module (more if you can't find one used).

The DIY isn't too bad as long as you can deal with tracing wires and doing some minor splicing.
