Rear Suspension is Inactive

My rear air suspension is not working. The rear of the x5 is slammed to the ground. I replaced the relay on the electric air pump under the spare tire, but that did nothing. Any suggestions?

Might need diagnosis by dealer or indy with GT1 and BMW/X5 experience. There will be faults stored in the system to shed some light, and the system may need to be reactivated and/or ride height reset.
