Dice Media Bridge problem
 

So sometimes my media bridge gets stuck on CD 1 track 1,anyone else have this problem and what is the solution?
I have to unplug it and re plug it in everytime it dose this,
Lmk what you think.

Are you running the latest firmware?

I don't think so,I just called and they said a firmware update is needed,I'm going to do that and see if the problem persists.

I haven't tried the dice media bridge but one thing I can tell you is that DICE is fucking garbage especially that damn silverline pro model. It has some nice features but it messes up way to many times to the point that my friends notices it and its not just me. I had the same problem and it goes away and come back. I've also had more problems like music not playing after awhile or randomly the music will cut off when my bluetooth connects. My severe static problem will not go away and i tried everything including contacting dice technical support. They said I had a defective unit and had to pay full price plus shipping. There are so many damn problems with the unit, even if there is a way around the problems, they just keep re-occurring later and its annoying. I'm done with my dice rant, if I were you and you bought it recently I would try to get a refund and find some other ipod interface. You can get the auxiliary connection that goes to the back of the head unit ($30) or u can just get an aftermarket head unit.
