DICE will charge, but not connect! Frustrated
 

As the title states, my DIce silverline will charge my ipod, but the music will not play.. it shows detached on the screen. I have checked all connections, DIP settings, unplugged, replugged, etc. Could the unit itself just be bad?

I have this time to time, and notice if I would push Mode button on NAV unit , after a second try it would play.
