this is a factory location for the TV AUX button - the arrows point to the rear seat heaters, right under the left heating switch is an IN and OUT recepticles...

The factory location is in the glove box according to the pdf that details the install. I routed mine behind the environmental controls and popped the small clear plastic circle insert out of the ashtray (which just lifts out) and just have it sitting in the ashtray right now. Let me know if you come up with a better solution. I don't want to run it to the glove box. It loses too much functionality for me there...
