MP3 and USB stick

Hi I have an X5 E53 2005/3.0 with Mk4 Nav and CDC. It doesn't play Mp3s. What do I need to play Mp3 from USB stick, no ipod?

You can buy and install a GROM audio unit, google it or search it on ebay.
