What route did the cables take (did you swap HU)
If not, I assume you put high level into the 360.

Isolate it.
Take out the high level and if you have a alternative input to the use as test, what is the noise level there.

I have isolated the 360 and the whine is still there. It is definitely coming from the amp. I disconnected all the inputs to the amp and I still get the same amount of noise, hence, I don't think it is the speaker wires going to the 360 but it owner hurt to have shielded wires as a piece of mind.

and yes, high level into the 360. The path is basically straight down from the factory amplifier and snaked to basically where the battery is as that is where the 360 is mounted.

Move the Amp away from the Battery, turn down your gains.... see if that helps.

When we install systems in my shop we try to stay away from the battery as we usually get this type of behavior.

I will give it a shot once i get my amp back from repairs. Weird floor noise atm.

Nope. The amp is still in the shop. I put a temp amp in right no and there still is the whine. Frustrated

Have you tried a ground isolater to compare ?

When I don't even plug any rca's in, it whines so it is downstream of the amp
