Single din slide out

Does anyone have any experience with single din slide out screens?

I have an idea to replace the Business CD with a slide out. In the slide, I would install a 7" tablet PC?

I know they make entertainment systems with slide out tv screens. Is there a source for such a unit that is an empty slide?
