MKIV Firmware modification
 

Hello everyone,

my name is Tim and I'm new here in the forum.
I have the MKIV installed in my BMW and I bought a CarPlay box for the TV module, which is fed through the reverse camera input. Everything works so far, but when I ground the signal from the TV module, I can no longer access the MKIV system. Can the MKIV firmware be modified so that when I press the phone button on the monitor, the navigation computer outputs the reverse signal and I can use it to control a relay that grounds my signal?
