IIRC - There is more than one directory under RR - Did you change those too?

No, I have MK3, and I changed only one navboot file inside RR.
Need to change all of them? But there are different. For example there isn't "rombitmaps" column, only RR>0101>BMWc01s>app_sw navboot file.
Copy this one to the oder directories where I found navboot?
I mean:0102, 0103 too?

ps. I tried to modified night all mods (3-1/65) sw. The new colours works perfectly, and i have new splash: "M". How can I modify this SW? Same mode?

I beleive the RR directory is for MK4

Search for usw3_load file and you should see a gif in there too. They all need to be changed (well its safer too) for MK3

No need to configure POISon. I just DL'ed the excellent iso from here and inserted my own splash screens. AWESOME!
