How to check version

How do I know what version of NAV I have? (it says 4-1/60 in the top right)

The 4 means you have a MK IV DVD-based NAV. The 1 means you have the "High" navigation (the only version offered on the MK IV in the US - there's a lesser one offered in other markets). The 60 is the version of the software, which corresponds to the V26 release. That could be the official one or one of the modified ones from here.
