Navigation Interference

I just installed a video input module on my MKIV and now the screen had faint interference lines in it and I heard when installing screen accessories like that, that they usually do cause interference. Does anyone know if there is like a filter I can buy to clear up the screen. It doesnt have interference when the car is not on and the key is in pos. 1 only when the car is running.

If you remove the video module and hook it back up the way it originally was, does that clear up the interference?

You might want to try routing the wiring a different way, as it can lead to interference if you get too close to other signal sources.

Yeah i disconnected the module and the screen was fine. I was talking to a friend and he said what u were saying that the wires might be interfering with each other and he told me that they make a piece to fix that. I forget what it was called but i guess its basically just a magnet that goes around the wiring to get rid of the interference. I see them all the time on like USB cables or monitor cables. Its a little cylinder shaped piece.
