Need help NAV TV Video In Motion problem?

My car E46 M3 SMG II 2002/07. After installed the NAV TV Video In Motion module. The gear indicator on the speedometer keep blinking (even while driving). Something wrong? I tried disconnect battery and reconnect it back. Same problem. Please help!

Try to disconnect for 30 min. minimum.
