V27 Software Upgrade on E46

I'am new on the site and I own a E 36 330ci (Cabrio) equipped with a MK IV (4-1/20) Nav System Version 22.

My question:

is the proposed upgrade to V.27 compatible with the MKIV of my car (I think so but just to be sure).

A last question :

As i' am living in Brussels, is the upgrade compatible with the Europe standards (km/h i.o miles/h, dates, ...).
