DVD 2006.2 High Radar with POI

I managed to obtain a copy of the above, but when I insert it into the nav dvd drive it appears to re-boot the system continously.

Why is this so ?
I have a mark 4 and this should be compatible.

Please help experts out there...

This is common with copy DVD's - It means that the disk has not been burnt 'carefully' - if you got it off ebay, it will have been burnt at max speed on cheap DVD's to maximise the profit the seller can make.

I suggest you do the following (if you can).

1) Use UltraISO to extract the DVD as an image on your PC.
2) Use something like Alcohol120% to re-burn the image on a decent quality DVD-R at the slowest speed your burner can manage.

Of course, the DVD copy you have may be no good and therefore cannot be extracted without errors - if that's the case, then i'm afraid you have a dud.

Hope this helps.

Splash screen

Does anybody have the splash screen with the yellow cameras displayed ?

If so maybe they can upload on to the forum ?

Thank you

I have the "BMW 2006-2 HIGH+RADAR" DVD, the DVD loads correctly but no camera appears on the screen.

I am on software version 27 (SW4-1-70).

Is there is an option (maybe hidden) to activate this function and how it works ?

Regards

Roland

I can upload the image on the forum, but I do not know if I am allowed to do it and where to store it.
