Viewing TV while Driving

Hi

I have a BMW 540 from 97 with MKIII 16:9 Navi, is it possible to enable viewing TV while driving.

I know a guy that says he can do it but he is pretty expensive.

If you have an OEM TV Tuner installed, this is what you need:
