Changing the splash screen logo on a MK4 with OS V7.21

Has anybody done this sucessfully? I've tried changing it with GifExtractor and NavTweak but it isn't working for me. Perhaps the offset has changed in this release.

I sorted it. My gif was literally a couple of bytes over size :(
