GifExtractor failed to initialize
 

I get a failed to initialize message when I try to run GifExtractor.exe, after it has been extracted from the original GifExtractor file. This happens on 2 computers. Message is attached image. Does anyone know why it's not working?

That usually happens when you don't have permission to something the application is trying to use - like a folder or a registry key. Are you logged in as an administrator account?

This could also happen if you're missing the .NET framework on your PC.

I don't have .net. I'll install that. I see that now in the instructions. Thank you.
