HELP installed 27.1 nav frozen
 

I installed the 27.1 upgrade last night and everything looked good. Found the perspective and changed to that view, No problem. Drove the car 10 miles and the Nav system froze. Turned the car off and back on again, Nav stuck in the On board computer mode where it shows gas comsumption etc. Frozen Help :mad:

This sounds like the Sat Nav disc that's at fault, not the operating system. Take the disc out and give it a good clean.

When the Nav crashes it often needs two power cycles to fix. The first one comes up with the old software, the second time it fixes it.

Thank you so much, Just had a call from my husband and he said that it is now working. He turned the car off and let it sit for a hour while he was doing something and now it works again... Thank you, Thank you. I always worry when I do some techie thing to his equipment.
