How do I disable TV blankout screen?
Howdy folks,
A while ago, I found some instructions on how to override the safety blue screen from blanking out the TV when driving. Has anyone got that information handy? Thanks! :) |
Depends heavily on the year of your car. If you have a MKI, you can try this:

Thanks for your response.
I am rethinking exactly WHY I would want to be watching TV when driving. So maybe I will leave the standard blank out screen alone because I really don't want to have an accident due to being distracted by the TV. |
We have a TV in Motion module available on the site:
Dietz TV in Motion Interface - 1270 http://www.europeanautosource.com/pr...roducts_id=337 Of course we do ask you practice safe driving for yourself and others on the road. :) |
