Roapmap DVD & Language?

Does it matter in what language to order a Roadmap Europe 2007 High DVD or does it contains all the languages and are the only stored in the MK4/MK3 navigationunit ?

My DVD contains English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. I don't know if DVDs with different sets of languages are available. Anyway, as far as I know, these languages refer to POI search and selection, and travel and POI information interfaces. The languages for guidance messages are part of the navigation computer firmware.
