Navi for Poland

Dear all, I'm going to Poland in few weeks time and I was wondering if there is any way of getting navigation for Poland. I have the latest DVD Europe 2007 High but Poland does not exists on it. Is there any separate DVD or CD for this country or do I have to buy portable Navi system on top of paying for my on bord one? Any help appreciated.

Thanks Mateush, looks interesting. Do you use it? If I get it do I just put it into mmy navi dvd without any additional preparations? How accurate is it. I mean do they have all recently openned autobahns? I will be mainly in Lodz and Slask.
