MK3 Navteq CD availability

Hi guys/gals.... I'm new here so be gentle...:popcorn:

Where can I get the latest version of mapping CD for my MK3 Nav? Do I have to pay stealer cost or ebay?

PS - I did a search and nothing came up on this.
