Documenting the HTML browser in the Mk4

Anyone here want to help on a collaborative project of documenting the HTML browser in the Mk4 nav?

What HTML it supports, examples of usage, etc?

I know you can search POIs by part of name, name starting with, a list of search options, or a free-form input. Radio buttons are also supported.
You can also search by limited radius.

If the HTML was well documented, with example search forms, then we could start designing better search forms for the Mk4

Remember, the Mk4 has a standard web browser in it - and it is very powerful but woefully underutilised!

Imagine adding the operators manual as a set of web files, accessed on the nav system... with full colour and images... can it be done - oh yes, sure can!

I'd help coding HTML 4 if you take the lead for the project management. I guess you should also decide which version of the Nav you want to code for then move to different versions thereafter or make a single version requirement. :)

I want to first determine the HTML tags supported by the browser - and to find these i want to go through the tpd_browser in the usw_load file and read out all the tags.

Then also compile a list of Search Form examples - I've seen many!

I'd work on the Mk4 only, as it is what I have...
