Problem with software upgrade on MK4
 

Hi Everyone,
I have a MK4 DVD Navigation system which had version SW 4 1/12 loaded on it. I tried loading Ver. 28 and now the whole Navigation system is dead.

The system loaded the software and at the end it told me an error occurred during programing. Please refer to you user manual for details.

Right now the power light on the MK4 is not on anymore.

Has anyone experience this problem?

Try again with another good OS disc.

Make sure you verify the OS disc after burning it to ensure you have no disc errors.
