Bluetoooth selection on Navigation Menu
 

I have a 2003 X5 and have been trying to activate the Bluetooth function via the Nav screen and the only thing it will allow me to do is turn it off. When I try to select "on" it reverts back to off. Can anyone tell me why and what I can do to activate it? I guess I'm not sure if it actually has Bluetooth or not.

Have you paired your phone with the BT module?

I did the same thing in my 03. You have to pair the phone using the hidden button in the center consol. If you have a red light on the dash thats on all the time you have bluetooth but its not paired to your phone.
