Help with Navigation OS

Hello, I saw that there are OS updates for MKIII navigation systems on this site. I contacted the dealer and he had no clue, he was thinking that I was referring to the map updates.

I have downloaded V28 from this site along with CD Key. My nav system states it is 3-1-30 which means it has a version 17 on it. Will the V28 work? or will all of this mess things up..... is there a link to where I can ensure that i have downloaded the proper version from my navigation system?

If you have V28 and the KeyCD then you have everything you need. Just be sure you burn the disks correctly and use a high-quality CD-R disk.

And make sure the discs are Mode2/Form1 format. Use ImgBurn to burn them, that's the easiest

Thanks for the reply guys, I am not quite sure what that heck I am doing here, I did downlad a file from this site along with a CD Key file... however, I am not sure if I have burned it correctly on the CD.... I think I maybe better off just leaving my navigation system be as it is... Does someone already have these CDs properly burned?
