Upgrading from MK2 to MKIII or MKIV Nav System
 

Hello,

I have now MK2 system with 4:3 screen.:confused:
Now i want to go to MKIII or MKIV.:thumbup:
What do i need? I have herared that the wireing is not compatible from the MK2 witjh the MKIII and MKIV systems?

Please can some help me out with this please?

update from mkIII to mkiIV is simple. you only have to change the drive.

from mkII to III or IV you have to locate the gps-signal wire. on mkII systems the receiver for the gps signal is not build in to the navigation computer. plug the cable off from the receiver and plug it into the mkIII or IV.

Now only have to set it in Dutch language.
