So what has everyone done so far with Navtweak?
 

I've changed my splash screen to the 4.8is poster where the imola red x5's reflection on an oil tanker is an f1 car. I also changed the Icon to an actual pic of my X5, the destination marker to a garden gnome and I added a sunset to my sky back ground. So what have others been doing? Has anyone changed the roads to actual pics of roads? Is this possible? Personally I'm not sure how much can be done, but I'd like for things to look like google maps.
