Use NavTweak. Google for it.

Got navtweak & ultra iso. I cant seem to find which file navtweak will open tried dwnloading V29 but the two files in there the MDS and MDF but none of them will open with navtweak, what file does it need to open?? and where do we get this file? lol Help!

You cannot edit the CD image file directly. You must unpack the image file to reveal the individual files.
The MDF file is a CD image file, and MDS is the corresponding catalog file.
Open the MDS file in UltraISO, you will then see the CD contents inside it.

The read this thread to see how to use NavTweak:

Cheers for tht i now have navtweak opened and can load the file. If i have already got V29.1 on my MK4 can i install another V29.1 over the top with my new map colours, is it just as simple as swapping your navboot file with the new one i have just saved? And will the computer allow an upgrade because the OS iwill be insrtalling 29.1 is the same version i have on the computer.

No, if you try and load v4-1/91 when you already have 4-1/91 loaded, the nav will say your software version is up to date, and an update is not necessary.

You must increment the version number to a minimum of 4-1/92 to load a new software version over the old one

Read the NzvTeak thread, it tells you how
