Navigation screen WHITE??
 

I don't have an X5. I have a 2001 325xi with navigation however... I ususally use e46fanatics.com however I've used this site before to upgrade my navigation months and months ago.

I got into my car today, BMW logo started. Put in an address and it started everything normally.

As I was driving the screen on the map went to all green like it wasn't refreshing the map. But then the whole screen went to white. I have turned the car off and let it sit for a few minutes. Still displaying white.

The navigation has had no uses prior to today. I haven't updated the navigation in months upon months.

I have the MK4 CD based navigation, brand new 2007 map CD's, etc... What is the issue?

I do have LED tails from Jlevi, however those have been perfectly functional and no issues. I opened the trunk and took back the liner and tried to see if any wires were lose, etc... and the CD will NOT come out either.

Anyone that can help or has had an issue like this before, I would apprieciate your input very much!

If you checked on the loose cables on the unit then check fuses. It seams like your MK IV is not on
