Problem with MK4 Drive. please help
 

i just upgraded the MK3 drive to the MK4 DVD Drive on my 2002 M3. i have updated to v30 firmware with out any errors but the problem is everytime i try to navigate thru the options like entering address or just changing settings in general, it just keeps jumping back to a blank screen that says "speed dialing on top" (i'll try to get a picture of this). and no i do not have bluetooth. anybody know whats causing this?
