X5 Navigation DVD

I am wondering if there is anyplace on the internet that I can get a copy of the North America Navigation DVD for my X5 2008 Model.

i dont think its available, but if it is, it is bootleg. We don't want bootleg, just get on ebay or something. Works better unlike bootlegs!

To my knowledge the newest mapping software for BMWs is 2007.2, so the 2008 disks are not avalable for the US at this time.
