sat nav mute issue

Hello all....

Ive just recently upgraded to the V29 software....

All was well for the first few days, then the sound on the unit went. I cant use the mode button or the 1 2 3 4 5 6 and the radio doesnt work ( when you press the mode button nothing happens).... I can connect the IPOD but the unit doesnt pick anything up. The phone option comes up but no sound. When you press the left hand volume button nothing happens and the little triangle light does not come on. When you put the TV on it says at the bottom MUTE, I have no idea how to unmute it. It may be something Ive pressed...... any ideas ?

thanks again.
Sunny

It sounds like your radio module died. Check the fuse on the radio itself. But, I suspect that you need a new radio.

Dissconect gronud wire from the battery for a 30 min or so, after reconect it will work again, it is most likely radio module that got hung upp or something, if you do a little search you will se that many have had this issue
