Missing nav disc

Help!
Just bought a 2004 facelift 3.0d. the nav disc is missing so the nav screen asks for cd/dvd to be inserted.
The OS is sw 4-1/30 on a mark iv.
My question is can i buy a nav disc of fleabay to work on this and if so which version. I only really need UK maps.

You can upgrade the OS to 4-1/100 by using the last Ver. 31 found here on x5world.
