Suggestions:

1. Update your OS
2. Try a new Map DVD

Your OS looks original. Upgrade to Ver.31 and be at 4-1/100.

Why would you order one off eBay when you can download for free?

Here you go, download, unzip and burn at slowest speed of the black CD, make sure its a good brand, not a cheap and nasty, no name brand.

you probably had a bad OS disk. Burn another at the lowest possible speed on a high quality CD-R disk and try the update procedure again.

If you still have the disk stuck in the nav drive, do a search and you'll find several posts on how to address this.
