If it is the CD changer plug then it would be:

Pin 1 = brown (ground, chassis)
Pin 2 = red with green stripe (permanent battery power)
Pin 3 = white with red stripe and yellow dots (kbus, databus for controlling changer)

If it is the Aux-In plug it would be:
Pin 1 = black (right channel)
Pin 2 = yellow (left channel)
Pin 3 = brown (ground)

I think you are looking at the CD changer plug.

No, I know the CD changer plug (i's where I plug my i-bus into)..

It actually is with the cable from the GPS aerial (if that helps)..

Do you think you could provide pics?

Right... I have received my new GPS aerial today and tried plugging it straight into the GPS unit (in the boot) and I get a GPS signal straight away..

I then looked at removing the parcel shelf (to exchange it with the old one).. I managed to get the c-piller covers off and wondered what the aerial amp was for.. hope someone can clear this up for me as I would have thought it was for the TV..

Also, once the c-piller covers are removed, the parcel shelf seems to still be stuck in place.. any ideas or tips on how to remove this???

The antenna amplifier amplifiers the LW, AM and FM bands, and receives the remote control signal for locking/unlocking the car. It does not deal with the TV signals. TV is handled by 2 x separate TV antenna amplifiers.

It is also a diversity switch, and at request from the radio will switch between the 3 x FM antennas that your vehicle has.
