Thank you, I will search for the directions to remove the nav unit...and give it a look.

You can make 2 "U" shaped tools from a heavy gage coat hanger or 4 big nails. Put them in the 2 pairs of holes on the sides of the nav computer box. Press them outward which will push inward on the lock tabs which are about 1 inch interior to the unit. Call me if you need to talk about it. 404.974.3092.
