POI converter already working. You can see added 10 city centers on screenshot. Testing will start soon.

Interesting screenshot - are you running the nav software in a software emulator?

I was going to ask this but got side tracked...

Is the image being generated from the Carine DB on disc (CD\DVD drive) or from a dir on the HDD?

Does the emulator only use the built in POI DB or will it also use the "add on" POI dir stuff as well.

Can you use the emulator in full 3d mode as well?

Yes, it's Mk2 emulator.

Emulator works only with disc images. Mk2 has limited support for TPD 2, not for TPD 3, so TPD-added POI will not work. And no 3D feature.

This is the feature I most want from the OE nav, it would save me from buying a second nav system to run just for this functionality!
