No change to Splash Screen.

Hi,

I currently have my Mk4 running v31 with a customised splash screen, however I want to change it back to the standard BMW one. I have downloaded v32 and installed it and it says it has installed ok but the splash screen has not changed!! Any reason for this, and how can I change it back? I thought to downgrade to say v29 and the back up to v32 but all the links for v29 are dead, would this work anyway?

Thanks

Take a look here. If it doesn't help, send me an email. I have the v27, v29, v30.

V32 contains no changes over V31 for the Mk4: both V31 and V32 have 4-1/100

If you did not alter the version number of the V31 Mk4 OS then the nav believes your altered 4-1/100 is the same as the standard 4-1/100, and therefore sees no need to change the loaded SW, so it doesn't.

To go back to standard 4-1/100, you must first change the loaded OS to an older version (any version is OK), then afterwards you can load 4-1/100 using unmodified V31 or V32 OS discs.
