NEED HELP

I HAVE A MK3 V.23 NAV SYSTEM WITH A HIGH CLUSTER, SINCE A BOUGHT THE CAR NOTICE WHEN I TRY TO PROGRAM THE DATE AND TIME IS NO ACCEPTING THE SET COMMAND. NEITHER TIME/DATE SHOWN IN DISPLAY. ANY THOUGHT ON THIS? THANKS... BMW 528I,1999

Could be a sign of a defective Mk3 unit. One suggestion is to find someone in your area with a Mk3 or Mk4 and swap units with them to see if the problem follows.

Did you do date or time first? It matters I believe.

BOTH DIFERENT WAY BUT NOT RESULTS THE SET COMMAND IS NOT HIGHLIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY CHANGES IN DATE AND TIME.
