Cloudy navigation screen
 

Apparently the previous owner used something on the nav screen that made it cloudy...or is it just b/c it's an older unit? ('05) I'm guessing the whole unit would have to be replaced to fix that?

When we got our X5 the screen looked like it had a lot of scratches or some type of build up on it. It killed the look of the interior being that the truck is virtually flawless other than the nav screen. I took some Zaino Z5 that I had and a microfiber cloth and gently and repeatedly buffed the screen and after awhile it all came off. Now the screen looks like new and lights up really clear and vibrant. Try it with whatever wax you may have, but I use alot of Zaino products so that's what I used.
