No problems at all with the version supplied with the car, and updated it to version 26 a couple of weeks back. All OK until this afternnon. I changed the scale from 2.5 miles to 450 yds and the map redrew and then locked up. current road and GPS location details (I use split screen) updated correctly, as did height, just not the map, or the North arrow. Set a route and got it to start navigating towards home, but although the correct instruction appeared, the map still did not redraw.

Tried turning the car off amd restarting it - no effect. Eject and reload map disk - no effect. Set the scale to something else - no effect. Change computer mode - no effect.

In the end I left everything alone for 25 mins, without the disk loaded, locked the car and went shopping. Came back, reloaded the DVD and hey presto. Map set at 500 mile scale showing Europe as expected. Now works absolutely fine.
